Every year we reflect on the work we’ve done to help make the built environment sector more inclusive through working with young people, hosting thought provoking events and running our co-working space.

We had a busy year introducing new projects, such as our digital skills programme for local sixth form students, and strengthening the impact of our existing projects such as our careers enrichment sessions for Year 7s.

Alternative Practice also has an excellent year of hosting events for students and young workers in the built environment, making lots of important cross-sector connections.
