Build Studios welcomed its first members today, as the fit-out of the space was completed in time for the Christmas 2016 deadline.
WeAreWaterloo, founders of Build Studios and the local Business Improvement District (BID) for the Waterloo area, moved into the space as anchor tenants, along with the management company for Lower Marsh Market.
We are delighted with how the fit-out has been implemented. The design by CarverHaggard architects cleverly addresses some of the acknowledged downsides of co-working space, such as lack of privacy and lack of storage, to produce an appealing and fit-for-purpose workspace for members.
We’re looking forward to filling the space in the new year.
