New members, Asset Mapping, joined Build Studios today, as representatives of the tech- and smart building side of the built environment sector.
Asset Mapping is a scalable database, designed to bring together data from multiple devices and systems into a single, intuitive map. The system allows anyone to see the location and condition of equipment in real-time, from any device. When conditions change, Asset Mapping triggers alerts and puts the right information at the fingertips of service engineers, so they can address issues faster and at a lower cost.
We now have moisture sensors and CO2 monitors in the space to map how our own office environment is performing. It will be interesting to start using Build Studios as a test case for Asset Mapping’s system as it develops.
